Assistant Manager

Our client, a global infrastructure Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) Company majors with presence across Power Transmission, Power Systems, Cable and Telecom seeks to recruit an Assistant Manager /Sales Manager who has exposure in handling HT/LT / Telecom and EHV Cables. Principle Duties & Responsibilities Marketing of RPG cables in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, Uganda and rest of Africa. Acting as a direct contact between the company and its existing and potential markets Gaining clear understanding of the customer s requirements. Developing and maintaining marketing strategies to meet the agreed company objectives Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand. Coordinate the analysis and resolution of product-related field performance issues. Assist with development, planning and implementation of company marketing plan. Ability to come up with projects Qualification and Experience. A person willing to relocate. Minimum experience of 8-10 years Must have Cable / Fiber experience Ability to meet sales targets. Degree in Engineering /Science graduate. Individual must be between the age of 35-40 years old. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Strong leader developing and influencing high performance sales teams in negotiating complex contracts.
