JOB SUMMARY:



  • To define, implement and actively manage the BU asset strategy aligned to the objectives of the entire TCCC System

  • Constantly evaluate and Optimize Assets using the Marketing Assets Framework from acquisition to execution within IMC programs, driving Equity Measures and Share (where applicable)

  • Ongoing identification and management of Marketing Assets to leverage across identified Brands

  • Development and implementation of IMC Experiential programs across campaigns to deliver against agreed Brand objectives

  • Rationalization of Assets utilizing Marketing Asset Framework

  • Improve Agency Management and Efficiencies across Asset agencies


KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:


MARKETING ASSET LEADERSHIP (60%)



  • Step-change Marketing Asset Performance across Brand Portfolio Performance through Best-in-class Experiential Execution and maximization of rights and entitlements as per contractual agreements whilst driving key Brand association scores across disciplines and Equity Measures

  • Ensure Kick-Off Meeting held on each asset to ensure alignment of stakeholder and Brand objectives and past year

  • Program plans with actions and deliverables documented and disseminated across the system for each Asset

  • Regular review / Update meetings with stakeholders

  • Manage implementation working with the market TCCC teams and their agencies

  • Ensure learnings and reports are disseminated across the system within 1 months of activation if single asset or quarterly if Annual asset

  • List each asset with key deliverables, as per Kick-Off Plan

  • Initiate and manage contract negotiations and finalization of agreements

  • Monitor contractual rights and ensure obligations are met across Assets.

  • Integration and Localization of Global Marketing Assets and TCCC CEWA Assets based in markets

  • Develop a leverage strategy that seeks to drive the TCCC business and asset objectives.

  • Continuously analyze the competitive environment and apply the learnings on a quarterly, and annual basis so that activities are aligned to the dynamics of the TCCC business and the industry as a whole

  • Monitor the local and international environment in the primary focus areas to identify new opportunities

  • Develop an asset communications plan, driving specific messages, which takes into account the key messages that will be communicated around sponsorship properties, the mediums that will be used and how these will be used (plan must also take into account the role of PR and Media Liaison)

  • Play a role in the development and preparation of annual business plans

  • Delivery by ensuring that the Creative Council is exposed to all the work


LEVERAGE MARKETING ASSETS FRAMEWORK AND BEST-PRACTICE ACROSS THE SYSTEM, WITH CORE FOCUS ON DELIVERY, IN ORDER TO LEAVE A LEGACY OF WORLD CLASS ASSET ACTIVATION AND ONGOING EVALUATION (10%)


IDENTIFY OPPORTUNITIES ACROSS THE MARKETING ASSETS DISCIPLINE TO MAXIMIZE DME PRODUCTIVITY (15% )


INTEGRATE GLOBAL KO PROGRAMS AND BEST-PRACTICE LEARNING WHERE RELEVANT INTO MARKETING ASSET PROGRAMS (5% )


PARTNER & AGENCY MANAGEMENT (10%)



  • Negotiate sponsorship contracts and work closely with TCCC’s legal department in the drafting and finalization of contracts

  • Create strong relationships with the sponsored properties and manage the properties to ensure achievement of TCCC’s set objectives

  • Assist in the evaluation of the agencies and sponsorship properties performance

  • Manage agencies and hold weekly status meetings with them and prepare written briefs and manage agency

  • Build and leverage industry relations to maximize opportunities for brand and/or program exposure

Extensive High Level Strategic / Operational Interaction with: Brand Marketing team, CE Lead, IMC Head, Franchise Marketing, Rights holders, Third Party Agencies, Suppliers, Franchise Operations Team; Global & EAG Assets teams


Nature and Purpose of the Interaction: Marketing Asset Portfolio Management of BU Marketing Assets across relevant brands to drive Brand Equity and Key Brand Scorecard Measures driving volume and business sustainability; identification of global and/or group asset leveraging opportunities

  • Coca-Cola System Knowledge (Optional but preferable)

Required Experience



  • 5-10 years marketing assets, sponsorship, events management experience

  • Agency management experience


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree

  • Input into Brand Objectives and Strategy (Recommendations)


WORKING CONDITIONS:



  • Significant travel within the BU is required.

  • Good working conditions
