IBM Job Vacancy in Kenya : Executive Compensation Program Manager



Job description


1) Manage executive cash, equity and incentive cycles for one or several businesses: issuing review spreadsheets, providing guidance to management, ensuring compliance to corporate guidelines and funding.

2) Propose executive compensation packages for new hires, promotions, relocation, incentive plan changes or retention actions.

3) Prepare transaction proposals within our executive compensation systems and obtain appropriate approvals.

4) Evaluate and monitor the banding of new/changing executive roles.

5) Monitor the executive headcount utilization and ensure business stay within their yearly plan.

6) Perform regular reconciliation with incentive team for executives who move on and off sales plan.

7) Produce on demand analysis on executive pay competitiveness or other group dynamics.

8) Partner and influence stakeholders and clients who may be located in other geographies.

9) Develops and implements compensation and delivery plan;

-Specialist: provides subject matter expertise in specific areas of HR such as compensation, benefits. Independently studies, analyzes and offers solutions

-Applies a broad knowledge of several HR disciplines or a detailed knowledge of a specialized area (benefits, compensation) to solve problems related to those disciplines on a local or global basis as required by management. Demonstrates appropriate skills and competencies for this position.Required

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • At least 6 years experience in Managing time and ability to multi task and Compensation

  • English: Fluent


Preferred



  • Social Sciences

  • At least 8 years experience in Managing time and ability to multi task and Compensation
