Our client, an upcoming Flower farm located in Thika is looking for an experienced reliable Farm Manager to supervise the growing of summer flowers. Key Responsibilities Oversee and coordinate flower farming operations Overseeing and coordinating production process from planting to harvesting including pest control, weed management, field cultivation, compost and seed production, and harvest. Effective operation and maintenance of the spray and fertilization systems in the farm. Supervise other employees working on the farm Qualifications and Experience The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma in agriculture Have basic irrigation experience including irrigation equipment like the water pumps Mature self driven and organized personality.
