HVAC Dairy Deputy Supervisor

Our client based in Kenya seeks to recruit a HVAC Dairy Deputy Supervisor to support and guide the operators and technicians in the farm as well as overseeing and monitoring the stock Lead operators and technicians on maintenance activities to be performed in the section. Assist section head on dealing with all the issues concerning the section and discuss development plans. Organize preventive maintenance activities and coordinate with production department for any urgent Works to be executed covered by the section. Arrange work schedules of operators and technicians. Monitor the tools and train new operators and technicians on proper usage and handling of it. Monitor spare parts usage and stocks and arrange ordering of items needed for the section Key Tasks and Responsibilities Professional Skills and experience At least 3 years experience in Ammonia and Freon refrigeration system Experience in air handling units Knowledge in electrical related troubleshooting jobs Diploma in Engineering Technology Proficient in English communication To apply, send your CV to jobs@flexi-personnel.com before 30th August, 2014.
