Job Description: Reporting to the Project Architect, the job holder will supervise construction works on behalf of the Employer.
They will be responsible for ensuring that high standards of quality control are maintained as well as effective coordination between the Contractor and the Consultants.
The project is located in Mombasa.
Work Experience
- At least five (5) years’ work experience in construction management involving supervision of builders, electrical, mechanical, and external civil works.
- Experience and knowledge in interpreting Architectural, Structural, Civil and Services drawings
- Knowledge on safety and health requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in large housing projects
Qualifications
- At least a Diploma in Architecture or Building Construction Engineering or Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
- Be conversant with Microsoft Office, ArchiCAD and/or AutoCad etc
- Good command of the English and Kiswahili languages
