Salary: KShs 70,000 – 100,000 gross Our client is a comprehensive logistics and transportation solutions provider.
They seek to hire an administration manager to handle all matters back office regarding the logistics business and office management. Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain personnel files with respect to confidential info (HR, payroll, training, etc.)
- Work with other departments to coordinate all paper work (invoicing, cheques, certificates, permits, registrations etc)
- In charge of all correspondence (incoming & outgoing calls, memos/letters, and emails)
- Perform transport and logistics administration work
- Manage the whole office; follow up on matters to do with licences, permits, customs, levies
- Manage general security matters
- Manage the entire internal filing system for the company
- Support and cooperate with other staff in sales/ client service/ freight/ logistics etc
- Handle statutory matters KRA, NHIF, NSSF, KEBS etc processes and procedures
- Responsible for overall general affairs duties and tasks for the office
- Take charge as the company secretary
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma/ Degree Business Administration in Logistics/ Supply/ Freight
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in the logistics/ freight/ supply industry in similar capacity
- Knowledge in transport, logistics, freight and supply chain
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and proper documentation
- Good presentation skills
- Confidentiality and high integrity
- Ability to work with minimum Supervision
- Excellent communication skills at all levels, both internally and externally
- Good business acumen& Time management to meet deadlines
