Our client is a property/ real estate company in search of a competent Property Sales Executive to generate business and grow with the company
Duties & Responsibilities
- Selling property to prospective buyers
- Maintaining and developing relationships with existing property buyers in person, via telephone calls and emails
- Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential buyers to prospect for new business
- Acting as a contact between the company and property buyers
- Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales deals
- Gather property market intelligence
- Learn the current Real estate/ property industry trends, styles and building designs
- Study the market to come up with competitive and pricing
- Planning & executing the sales and marketing function
- Assist in coming up with excellent sales and marketing strategies
- Compare the property with similar properties to determine its competitive market price
- Promote sales of properties through advertisements, open houses etc
- Determine what kinds of properties clients are seeking
- Review property listings, trade journals, and relevant literature, and attend conventions
- Answer clients’ questions regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, repairs
- Present purchase offers to sellers for consideration
Qualifications
- Degree in Business/ Sales/ Real Estate
- At least 2 years experience selling property/ Real Estate
- Experience working in a busy real estate office
- Capability to multi-task by taking over additional assignments
- An individual who is intelligent, hardworking, confident and self driven
- Excellent Communication, leadership skills
