Salary: Ksh 25,000 – 35,000 plus commission Our client is one of the largest distributors of vehicle car parts in Nairobi dealing in German branded cars.
They seek to hire a counter Sales Executive from Nairobi. Candidates in vehicle related jobs preferred. Job Responsibilities
- Sell car parts to walk in customers, resellers, new clients and existing accounts
- Prepare briefs on the types of parts, designs, specifications and costs
- Provide marketing and sales support to the sales manager for effective implementation of activities i.e. product launches and promotion activities
- Get new clients through sales & marketing initiatives
- Identify Marketing Opportunities for the car parts by conducting visits to customers
- Identify contacts from the database for manufacturers and local fleet companies
- Track marketing performance and effectiveness of the programs across all segments
- Ensure profitability objectives are met and meeting sales targets
- Diarize appointments and weekly business prospects
- Conducting market research and analysis to establish the desired types of car parts
- Advertising and promotion
- Receiving orders from customers
- Debt collection from clients on credit terms
- Assisting in sales deliveries and after sales services
- Sample follow up and reporting
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Business/ Sales & Marketing/ Automotive
- 2 year’s practical working experience in a similar role
- Applicants selling car accessories preferred
- Must be able & Energetic
- Must have integrity and people skills
- A self driven person
- Hard Seller and Pleasant personality
