Job Description:
Formulation, new product development, over all process control
Production planning,
Plan execution on daily basis followed by day to day marketing requirement
Taking care of entire production activity input and output analysis, cost conversion manpower handling for the entire production activity
Analysis of overall waste generation, preventive and corrective action plan and implementation on grassroots level for control
New product development in all the level from compounding to the final product to enhance the best quality product on minimum cost
Taking care of day to day delivery of finish goods as per the marketing demand followed by warehouse and dispatch
Responsible for the overall production cost to maximize output with minimum resources,
Follow-ups with the quality assurance team to ensure the best quality product and continuous improvement
Key Skills:
Incumbent shoukld have exp in footwear industries
Should have exp in new Product development
Should have exp in Rubber Slippers
Exp in other products like shoes, slippers, gum boots, safety boots, ect… will be an added advantage
