Salary: Ksh 50,000 – 60,000 Gross Our client is a prestigious furniture manufacturing firm seeking to hire a Personal Assistant to the General Manager.
We are looking for a Smart, organized and presentable lady to manage the GMs office and diary. Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide efficient administrative work to the General Manager
- Handling very sensitive/ confidential matters to the GM’s office
- Managing the GM calendar and schedule
- Accompanying the GM to client meetings
- Manage travel logistics including air and hotel bookings, for the GM
- Preparing and editing briefs, reports, statements and presentations
- Schedule appointments for the GM
- Providing quality personal assisting services
- Manage and maintain the GM E-mail account
- Ensure that the GM receives background information on all matters he handles
- Ensure all the GMs activities are effectively and efficiently organized
- Prepare daily reports on the activities handled
- Administrative duties at the GMs office
- Ensure guests meeting with the GM are well taken care of and feel welcome
- Conduct weekly meetings with the GM to discuss upcoming engagements
- Take Minutes for general meetings as required
- Light housekeeping; Gift-buying, Pick-ups, running errands and making reservations
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or Diploma in Business or related studies
- Minimum of 2 years as a PA to a Senior Individual
- Confidence to effectively communicate with a General manager
- Good Interpersonal and presentation skills
- Proficiency with a variety of computer software applications
- Initiative and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good command of the English language and communication skills (oral and written)
