Job description
- Identify and minimise financial risks and develop appropriate governance and reporting systems.
- Grow and improve profitability by focusing on business efficiencies to achieve operational excellence.
- Advise clients on products road map.
- Successfully manage workstreams within large projects.
- Maintain overall quality and timeliness of deliverables.
- Manage the workstream economics through on-going review and communication with the project team.
- Identify further service opportunities, based on good understanding of the client’s needs, combined with a knowledge of IBM capabilities.
- Assist leadership around function design, processes, policies, strategy, governance, reporting and systems.
- Assist business development activities which develop appropriate solutions to help client achieve business results.
- Building strong relationships with staff at our key clients.
Required * Bachelor’s Degree * At least 10 years experience in Client facing and solid understanding telecommunication business * At least 10 years experience in Business and Organization strategies * English: Intermediate
