Should be responsible for leading a shift team of about 100+ members and ensuring the smooth operations performed by team as follows:
o NOC Helpdesk / Support desk
o Monitoring IT- Network and associated equipment’s proactively using Tools provided/deployed
o Vendor Management: Coordination with 3rd party for ops requirements / issue resolution/others. Quality monitoring of Vendor resources
o Pulling MIS from system, validating for authenticity and distributing to provided distribution list
o Incident management
o Problem Management
o Change management
o Backup coordination
• Weekly performance & Governance review internally and with Customer
• Compliance & Audit Management
• SLA adherence agreed for NSD domain and time to time revision for improvement
• Vendor selection, equipment’s selection and architecture improvement
• There may be need to come in shift some time.
Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- At least 7 years experience in Change management
- At least 7 years experience in Incident management
- English: Fluent
Preferred
- Master’s Degree in Engineering
- At least 9 years experience in Change management
- At least 9 years experience in Incident management

• The job holder will be responsible for 24 x 7 supports of IT-Network devices and associated components.
