ORGUT is seeking international and regional/national candidates for an upcoming assignment as Fund Manager to support capacity building of civil society organisations in Kenya, Uganda and Somalia. Candidates should have at least 10 years of working experience and expertise in:
- Fund and grant management including developing fund procedures, assessment of grant applications, grant administration and monitoring and financial management
- Leading/supporting capacity development of civil society organizations in areas such as human rights-based approach, advocacy regarding labour rights, women’s rights, and children’s rights, organisational development in risk management, anti-corruption, leadership, governance, and internal democracy.
- Experience from Kenya, Uganda and/or Somalia and knowledge of local languages.
