HR Manager / Head of Human Resources for a leading IT Distributor in Tanzania (East and Central African presence) An IT distributor of leading brands including HP, Samsung, Microsoft, etc – based out of Tanzania, but with offices regionally and internationally – is looking for a dynamic HR Manager as part of its Management Team.
- Recruiting and staffing
- Performance management and improvement systems
- Organization development
- Employment and compliance to regulatory concerns
- Employee on boarding, development, needs assessment and training
- Policy development and documentation
- Compensation and benefits administration
- Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
- Employee services and counseling
Qualifications and Experience
- A Masters Degree in Human Resource Management
- 10 years of overall HR experience, of which at least 3 should be at a managerial level
- HR experience in the IT sector
This job is based in Tanzania with some travel to neighbouring countries. HR working experience in Tanzania is essential
