Job Description:
- Producing content for the company’s blog and social media platforms.
- Detecting what is trending online and joining the conversation
- Creating a culture of collaboration amongst the company’s team members.
- Preparing the company’s newsletter.
- Moderating the company’s social media communities to drive traffic and engagement
- Updating the company’s website and editing stories and documents.
- Preparing persuasive copy for online platforms, ads, SMS campaigns, page.
- Ad hoc tasks (prepare excel sheets etc.)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
Duration: Six months. Requirements:
- An MA in journalism, literature or creative writing
- Expert knowledge of grammar, spelling and use of the English language
- At least three years of professional experience from a news organization (ideally as an online journalist, blogger or reporter)
- An active social media user
- The ability to meet deadlines is a must as well as a high degree of flexibility.
