Our client is a pioneer in the FMCG industry seeking to hire a Territory Sales Executive. The main role is to manage merchandisers and a sales territory.
Duties and responsibilities
- Open new markets
- Manage a continuously growing team of merchandisers currently at 9 people
- Maintain a high energy merchandizing/ sales staff.
- Achieve sales targets.
- Train, motivate and coach the merchandizing team.
- Understand the market, the customer and the competition.
