- Top line management.
- Field force effectiveness: performance against product targets and key product objectives.
- Contact rate and coverage.
- Coverage and frequency of target doctors and percentage of doctors in productive frequency.
- Expenditure does not exceed budget.
- Delivery of overall operational plan and reporting to timescale and budget.
- Quality and success rate of training and development of field force.
- Product knowledge.
- Management of the delivery of customer centric activities. Minimum requirements Education:
- 1st degree in relevant discipline.
- Solid 2 – 3 year experience within the pharmaceutical industry/ healthcare.
- People leadership experience with ability to manage a team.
- Project leadership. -Cross – functional working/ leadership.
- Cross – cultural working.
- Senior management interaction.
- Marketing management experience would be beneficial but not essential.
