As a member of the Consulting organization, you are responsible for ensuring that a quality, integrated software solution is delivered in a timely manner, at budget, and to our client*s satisfaction. This involves working closely with the client to understand and manage their expectations, as well as working closely with Oracle and third-party vendors to ensure delivery. Serves in a second line practice management role. Plans, organizes, directs and controls the work activities and staff of a Service Line consulting practice, while also maintaining individual utilization goals. Ensures effective pursuit and completion of profitable consulting engagements while selling Oracle capabilities and assuring reference ability. Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences or Business or equivalent. Balance of advanced technical skills, functional knowledge, client consultative skills and operational management experience. Has 5-8 years of experience in senior consulting/engagement lead assignments. Ability to develop relationships at the executive level. Willing to travel regionally with some national/international travel.
