Business Development Manager (Fashion) Job in Kenya


Our client is an International Fashion Brand currently recruiting a Business Development Manager



Duties and responsibilities:


  • Understand, contribute to and, most importantly, implement the Company's Business Plan.

  • Developing relationships with existing clients in Kenya and Internationally to grow the business globally.

  • Liaising with team/management to plan the online shop product assortment.

  • Matching production cycle with the most profitable sales strategy.

  • Identifying new African markets in potential creation of new distribution points in key Africa markets & extend this to new global markets.

  • Ensuring team understand and meet weekly targets

  • Handling customer accounts, staying abreast of the changing landscape of the industry and retailers evolving requirements.

  • Product and price analysis with team.

  • Market Research extending, but not limited to, influencers & competitors' product assortment, marketing, pricing and sales strategies.

  • Overseeing design and development based on agreed sales strategies.

  • Researching & recommending marketing & promotional activities to team/management.
