- Understand, contribute to and, most importantly, implement the Company's Business Plan.
- Developing relationships with existing clients in Kenya and Internationally to grow the business globally.
- Liaising with team/management to plan the online shop product assortment.
- Matching production cycle with the most profitable sales strategy.
- Identifying new African markets in potential creation of new distribution points in key Africa markets & extend this to new global markets.
- Ensuring team understand and meet weekly targets
- Handling customer accounts, staying abreast of the changing landscape of the industry and retailers evolving requirements.
- Product and price analysis with team.
- Market Research extending, but not limited to, influencers & competitors' product assortment, marketing, pricing and sales strategies.
- Overseeing design and development based on agreed sales strategies.
- Researching & recommending marketing & promotional activities to team/management.
