As part of our growth strategy, we seek to recruit the below persons with relevant experience in the payments industry to join our team. Commercial Manager
Job Summary: Reporting to the CEO, the Commercial Manager will be responsible for overall management of business operations to include developing business plans, goals and objectives of the company.
In addition to this he/she will be responsible for:
- Acquiring, building and maintaining strong relationships with local and international money transfer companies.
- Implementing the company’s business plan to ensure revenue maximization and target achievement
- Recruiting, building and maintaining a strong agency network for money transfer product distribution
- Holder of Bachelor’s degree in either Business/Finance or Marketing
- 3 years related work experience
- Exceptional abilities in managing and achieving targets
- The individual must demonstrate immense experience in having developed an agency network with proven results
- Knowledge of IT systems to manage principal agent operations
