Our client is a well established International Commodity Trader. As part of its expansion strategies to include grains and oilseeds operations, they wish to recruit and hire exceptionally result oriented individuals to fill the following position.

Trade Execution Supervisor

Location: Nairobi

Summary of Job: World class execution of different Commodity Contract Terms from origin to destination, through direct contact with Geneva & Origination offices to monitor Shipments & documents updates.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Direct contact with CIF and FOB Sellers;

Following up on Vessels status at LoadPort till quantities delivered to customers at destination;

Following up on correct issuance of required Documentation for, Port Agents, Port Authorities, and the Ministry of Agriculture;

In contact with other Business Functions, such as Accounting, Traders and Logistics Teams;

Preparing timely reports of Vessels’ and Payments Status;

Responsible for Issuance of shipping Documents for Export Business;
