Our client, an international IT company specialized in development and implementation of projects for the financial sector is looking to fill the position of a Country Manager in Accra, Ghana.

- Manage the day to day operations in the office and make sure office operations are in line with the organization’s mission and strategic objectives.
- Manage the P & L at the country level.
- Manage the regular planning of tasks assignment and the staff performance.
- Monitor all changes of the legislation and make sure the office practice is in full compliance with the legal requirements.
- Develop and maintain the relationships with clients, partners and vendors in the region.
- Make sure that the business performance is following the KPIs set.
- Work with finance and administration departments to ensure that the cash flow and daily financial needs are met.
- Represent the company in front of the local authorities.
- Assist with the regional donor and funding programs including organizing the applications and preparation of all documents in this regard.
