- Manage relationship with office supply vendors and conduct special order office supplies.
- Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities.
- Negotiates the purchase of office supplies for staff upon request in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.
- Develop and administer annual facilities budget
- Execute all responsibilities within approved budgeted amounts. Provide training to new and existing employees on security policies, building layout and general use of office space and equipment.
- Manage Company reception areas, mail distribution and Company calendar.
- Coordinates a variety of internal company meetings and events
- Develops and manage the meeting and events budget.
- Oversee cleaning and maintenance of facility.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
