Real Estate Company Administrative Events Officer Job in Kenya (KShs 40K)

Our client is a Real Estate Company currently recruiting an Administrative Events Officer . Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage relationship with office supply vendors and conduct special order office supplies.

  • Supervises and coordinates overall administrative activities.

  • Negotiates the purchase of office supplies for staff upon request in accordance with company purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions.

  • Develop and administer annual facilities budget

  • Execute all responsibilities within approved budgeted amounts. Provide training to new and existing employees on security policies, building layout and general use of office space and equipment.

  • Manage Company reception areas, mail distribution and Company calendar.

  • Coordinates a variety of internal company meetings and events

  • Develops and manage the meeting and events budget.

  • Oversee cleaning and maintenance of facility.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management from time to time.



Requirements



  • At least 5 years’ experience of general office management i

  • At least 2 years’ experience of event management

  • Bachelor in Business Administration or Business Management.


Salary: KShs 40,000
