Job Description:
Our client is a leader in Aluminium Extrusions in East Africa, a position achieved by investments in quality,
product range and sound manufacturing infrastructure. The facilities include a foundry, a 1800 MT extrusion
press, anodising and powder coating facilities.
They are looking to appoint a SALES PROFESSIONAL for Aluminium Extrusions products with following
details:
Order management
Receivables management including regular Account reconciliation, CRM, New Customer and Product
Development
Market intelligence including Competitor activities
Business promotion with a passion to perform and continuously improve
Team Management
Key Skills:
Preferred Age : Between 27-35 years
Experience : 5 years + in the Sales and Marketing function in any reputed organisation in the industrial
sector .
Desired Qualifications: Graduate Engineer/ Diploma Engineer in any of Mechanical/Metallurgy/ Material
Sciences/Architecture/ Civil/Industrial Engg streams . A person in general stream with Bachelor/Masters in
Science can also be considered.
Industry : In any Engineering/ Process industry dealing with industrial internediates . Preference will be given
to candidates in Building Industry Real estate sector ( commercial ) with reasonable exposure in dealing
with Architects, Developers ,Builders etc .
Personal Traits : Should be self motivated, hardworking , energetic, with a good Analytical and logical
reasoning ability . Most importantly the candidate should have an open and divergent Mindset, and willing to
learn and improve continuously – the person has to be target and Result oriented Should be conversant with
MS office – a working knowledge in any ERP programme viz SAP, Oracle will be advantageous. Should be
ready to travel extensively across Kenya especially the developing counties of Kenya. Occasionally will have
to travel to to East African nations as Tanzania, Uganda, Burundi, Rwanda.
