Screening and Selection
Screening and Selection
- Ensure that processes are followed around all job requisitions by Hiring Managers
- Screen inbound applicants via the Jobvite ATS; maintain the integrity of the system and think through new ways of screening
- Develop and execute on selection methods for requisitions
- Serve as the front-line interface with candidates; ensure that the candidate experience is welcoming and attractive
- Ensure that candidates are successfully transitioned through the hiring lifecycle through the onboarding cycle
- Work closely with other Human Resources & Administration personnel on providing new hires with the right information before they start
- Assist with the induction process; provide a welcoming and comprehensive introduction to the organisation!
Qualifications and Educational Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with Business Administration and/or Human Resources course specialization, with exemplary academic performance
- Minimum of two years of full-time work experience in Human Resources
- Recruiting experience a must
Preferred Experience and Skills
- Strong adherence to systems and process
- Experience working with a culturally and socioeconomically diverse workforce
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- High energy and enthusiasm level; willingness to do whatever necessary to get the job done
- Comfortable with technology systems, particularly the Jobvite ATS
- Work experience in fast-growth, rapid-scale contexts, particularly with large numbers of field staff
