Our Client is looking for a Small-Medium Professional PR Agency for Media Planning and Event Management The Role would mostly entail
- Respond to requests for information from the media or other sources on the event and Conference in question
- Recruit and Register delegates for the event as well as establish and maintain cooperative relationships with representatives of various business associations and public interest groups.
- Plan and direct development and communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stockholder perceptions of the organisations agenda.
- Confer with production and support personnel to produce or coordinate production of advertisements and promotions( In all media including Social Media)
- Arrange public appearances, lectures, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase the events awareness and to promote goodwill.
- Confer with other managers to identify trends and key group interests and concerns or to provide advice on business decisions.
- Purchase advertising space and time as required to promote client’s event
- Plan and conduct market and public opinion research to test or determine the potential for growth for the clients event
