1. Personnel Assistant
Reporting to the Managing Director and will be responsible for all matters relating to Human Resource and Administration of the organization
Qualifications
- A minimum of C+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent
- Bachelors Degree preferably in Social Sciences
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or its equivalent from a recognized institution
- Computer skills
- Experience in a reputable organization
2. Supplies Assistant
Reporting to the Managing Director and will be in charge of all purchasing requirements of the organization
Qualifications
- A minimum of C+ (Plus) in KCSE or its equivalent
- Bachelors Degree in Purchasing and Supplies
- CIPS and KISM Certificates
- Computer skills
- Experience in a reputable organization
Salary Scale for Both Grades
- Salary scale will be at the rate of Kshs.19, 673.00 per month rising to Kshs.22,575.00
- A monthly House allowance Kshs.17,873.00
- Leave allowance per year Kshs. 8000.00
- Outpatient medical of Kshs.10, 500.00 per year
- Inpatient medical cover employer pays 80% while staff pays 20% of the bill.
