Our Client is Currently looking for an Operations Manager to manage a Chain of Stores. Responsibilities
Retail Operations and People Management
- Integrate retail execution into the business process through interaction with Retail Sales Managers, Customer Sales Teams,
- Provides the retail expertise in the launch of major initiatives – develops “retail excellence” culture
- Owns and manages all new item initiatives
- Consults on everyday improvement of shelf conditions and provides insight on retail issues to sales and business units
- Provides ongoing evaluation of retail merchandisers and brokerage companies through company process, procedure and using customer scorecards
Coordinate & execute Customer Planning Model
- Develop persuasive business presentations to identify short-term and long-term opportunities with the customer

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field Years of Experience: 8 yrs. in progressively more responsible sales, marketing, or sales operations environment in The retail and FMCG Industry
