Job Description:
- Prepares food required for lunches
- Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen
- Provides professional leadership and direction to kitchen personnel
- Ensures all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the kitchen’s specifications and commitment to quality
- Assist with menu planning
- Verifies that kitchen staff follow all recipes and portions sizes correctly
- Ensures kitchen and storage areas are kept clean and organized
Requirements:
- Relevant working experience as a professional cook/chef
- Experience in stock keeping and record keeping
- Minimum Diploma in Food & Beverage Production
