Our client is a technology company offering a new cloud based software that allows businesses to make and manage their payments better. Our client is now seeking to recruit Sales Executive to be based in Nairobi.
The jobholders will be responsible for identifying opportunities in focus segments and signing up businesses to the organisation’s payments service. Key Responsibilities
- Identifying of potential business clients;
- Presenting & demonstrating the software;
- Training users within the businesses;
- Meeting monthly sales targets;
- Maintaining an individual sales pipeline;
- Daily/weekly reporting of sales activities; and
- Working with the development team and senior management in identifying additional customer requirements for enhancements and ramping up utilisation of new features
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Degree from a recognised University preferably business, marketing or accounting related;
- Previous working experience in selling software, banking products or insurance; and
- Previous sales experience is a must with proven record of achievement
Desired skills and abilities
- An interest in technology, preferably an avid app user;
- Strong/excellent leadership and communication skills;
- Good analytical and presentation skills geared towards corporate clients;
- Passion and enthusiasm for good customer service; and
- Ability to work under minimal supervision
Remuneration: An attractive package shall be offered to successful candidates including basic pay plus substantial commissions.
