Our client, a fully integrated Communications Agency is looking to fill the position of an Account Director to be based in Nairobi.

- Market products by developing and implementing marketing and advertising strategies, tracking sales data and maintaining promotional materials inventory.
- Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future products.
- Determine and manage the marketing budget and deliver marketing activity within agreed budget.
- Liaise with media and advertising agencies.
- Benchmark and understand market best practices.
- Design and implement policies by establishing standards and procedures and measure results against standards.
- Accountable for all ATL, BTL and TTL activities.
Qualifications:
- Must have a bachelor’s / Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Must have a minimum of 7 + years’ experience as a marketing manager.
