Our client, a diversified Agro Processing company based in Arusha, Tanzania is seeking to recruit a Feed Mill Manager to provide management leadership services for the feed milling operations of the company.

Qualifications:
- Must have a degree in feed milling technology or a related field.
- Must have previous experience in a similar position in a feed milling environment.
- Must have experience in the production of animal feeds.
- Must have good working knowledge of the Tanzania animal feeds market including understanding the dynamics around the raw materials.
- Must have over 7 years working experience, 2 of which must be in a senior management role.
- Knowledge of implementation of international quality standards will be an added advantage.
- Must be able to discuss and finalize plans /targets with production team with regards to Production and maintenance activities.
- Demonstrated ability to work successfully under pressure.
