Job Title: Laboratory Technologist Responsibility:
To Carry out routine tests and provide medical laboratory services at all times while at the same time ensuring quality. This Position reports to the LAB Manager. Key Tasks
- Carry out routine and specialized analysis of tests as per approved procedures and techniques.
- Analyze tests with High level of efficiency and quality.
- Ensure proper communication with the Patient before and after the test is done.
- Ensure routine and accurate calibration of laboratory equipment.
- Ensure that quality control procedures are in place and are followed.
- Other professional tasks as may be assigned by the LAB Manager.
- Diploma or HND in Medical Laboratory Technology from a recognized Medical training institute.
- Must be registered with KMLTTB and have a valid practicing license
- A minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills is a must
