Job Summary: You will handle land sales process, land transactions and client service
Duties and Responsibilities
- Handle land sales transactions from initial call to transfer of title
- Develop new leads and make follow-ups
- Initiate sales process and follow through to closing deal
- Develop client database
- Prepare regular sales progress reports
Requirements
- Previous land/real estate sales experience and current client database is a MUST.
- Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
