Job Title: Meru Region FMCG Sales Executive

Salary: Kshs 20K basic plus commissions Our client is a Startup company in the FMCG industry. They are currently bottling and selling water as their pioneer product and will thereafter venture into other beverages and food stuff.
They seek to hire a Sales Executive with experience selling water, juices, milk, food stuff etc to market at sell to key accounts and general trade. Job Purpose: To grow business and customer base, offer customer service, open new markets and ensure entire sales targets are achieved.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Selling water and other beverages in Meru and its environs
- Responsible for overseeing and implementation of the sales strategic plan
- Increasing client numbers by penetrating new marketing
- Recruiting distributors and negotiating with them on sales activities
- Coming up with sales agreements
- Key accounts management
- Reviewing sales performance and ensuring targets are met
- Organizing sales meetings and briefings
- Maintain and developing relationships with existing customers
- Conducting Market intelligence and competitor analysis activities
- Brand management
- Offering after sales services
Knowledge & Qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Sales and Marketing
- Experience in beverages of food products is a must
- at least over 3 years progressive experience in selling FMCG products
- Interest in working with a start up
- Computer literate, good grooming & Excellent presentation skills
- Supervisory, leadership and organizational skills
- Hands on individual able to handle pressure
