Technical Manager
Nokia Networks – Kenya – Nairobi
NI Technical Manager is responsible for planning, organizing and managing Core or RA Network Implementation, Multi Vendor Interface Verification and System Acceptance Testing (FOA) in the project from tendering phase to actual implementation.
Main Responsibility Area
- Be the primary technical interface to Customer during tendering, implementation for following activities: Core/RA Network Implementation, MVI testing, System Acceptance, Fault Management, Software Release
- Management (License Key Management) during the implementation phase.
- Responsible for completing of testing and acceptance activities
- Act as the prime technical interface of the project implementation teams, product lines and 3rd party suppliers.
Position Description
- Define MVI scope for the project, System Acceptance criteria
- Contribute in creating needed service scope
Planning & Implementation
- Plan and manage Core Network implementation, MVI testing execution, System Acceptance testing,, SW Upgrades and Fault Management activities
Obtaining Acceptance Certificates
- Customer verified test reports, Subsystem and System acceptance certificates
Transfer to Care
- Prepare Project hand-over report with PM
