Job Title: Sales Trainer
Department: HR
Reporting to: HR & Administration Manager
Liaising with (Departments): Finance, Sales and Legal Job Summary: Ensure that PRC has an effective and productive sales force by determining and solving Relationship Managers and Sales Managers training needs.
Job Duties:
- Accomplish sales training human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, and counseling. Also he/she will be involved in communicating job expectations.
- Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
- Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
- Meet sales training financial objectives by forecasting sales training requirements; preparing an annual budget and scheduling expenditures.
- Assist the Human Resources Manager in identifying the external trainers and coordinate the trainings.
- Evaluate external trainer’s performance and the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Develop testing and evaluation procedures.
- Develop and organize training manuals, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials
- Assist the respective managers in conducting the performance reviews for the sales force and generate the training needs from the appraisals.
- Maintain the training database and all the training materials.
- Generate monthly training reports.
- Apply and submit the forms for reimbursement from DIT and ensure the company is reimbursed for all its external trainings.
Minimum Qualification / Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in education or business related course
- At least two years of experience in a corporate or business setting, preferably in human resources, personnel or administration.
- Proven ability to lead by example and foster mentoring relationships.
- Outstanding verbal, written, multi-tasking and presentation skills
- Ability foster organizational change
