Receptionist Job in Limuru, Kenya (15K)


Our client a resort in Limuru is seeking recruit for a passionate, elegant and mature individual for a Receptionist position.



Essential Duties;


  • Operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.

  • Provides callers with information about the organization.

  • Welcomes visitors and informs appropriate personnel of their arrivals.

  • Supports Office Supervisor with daily operations.

  • Attends daily status meetings.

  • Complete paperwork for travel expenses and reimbursements.

  • Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying and collating.

  • Word-processing of letters, memos, schedules and other correspondence as needed.

  • Maintain conference room schedules.
