Duties, Requirements and Skills
- Welcoming visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
- Answering or referring inquiries
- Directing visitors
- Maintaining security by following procedures, monitoring logbook and issuing visitor badges
- Maintaining telecommunication system and transferring calls
- Maintaining safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Telephone Skills and Verbal Communication
- Microsoft Office Skills
- Listening skills, Professionalism and Customer oriented
- Ability to handles Pressure
- Diploma in business Management/Front Office or secretarial
- 2-5 Years’ experience
