Our client a resort in Limuru is seeking recruit for a passionate, elegant and mature individual for a receptionist position.
Essential Duties;
- Operate a multiline telephone system to answer incoming telephone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Provides callers with information about the organization.
- Welcomes visitors and informs appropriate personnel of their arrivals.
- Supports Office Supervisor with daily operations.
- Attends daily status meetings.
- Complete paperwork for travel expenses and reimbursements.
- Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as filing, copying and collating.
- Word-processing of letters, memos, schedules and other correspondence as needed.
- Maintain conference room schedules.
Qualifications
- Diploma in front office/public relations/business administration.
- No experience required but fast learners
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate
