Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face Screening phone calls Greeting visitors, offering them refreshments and assisting them/ directing them to the right person Looking after the 'visitor' book and security passes Responding promptly to customer inquiries Handle and resolve customer complaints Ensuring any complaints or compliments are keyed in system and passed to the General Manager Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints Process orders, forms, applications and requests Receipt of courier parcels Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
