Receptionist

 Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face  Screening phone calls  Greeting visitors, offering them refreshments and assisting them/ directing them to the right person  Looking after the 'visitor' book and security passes  Responding promptly to customer inquiries  Handle and resolve customer complaints  Ensuring any complaints or compliments are keyed in system and passed to the General Manager  Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints  Process orders, forms, applications and requests  Receipt of courier parcels  Ensure the front office and reception is clean and tidy at all times
