Duties and Responsibilities

We are looking for a young, enthusiastic and self-driven individual to fill the role of Sales Assistant.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Providing sales support to the Sales Executives by;
- Obtaining sales visits logs from Sales Executives and following up suppliers on areas of interest
- Generating sale quotations and following up to translate to sales
- Accompanying the sales executives to the field as and when needed
- Inputting sales orders.
- Inputting and sending purchase orders
- Generating packing lists
- Respond and follow up on sales queries appropriately
- Contribute towards achievement of overall sales targets
