Key Responsibilities



  • Achieve set revenue targets through selling all company solutions

  • Ensure enough sales pipelines to achieve the revenue targets

  • Identification and profiling of businesses

  • Maintaining an up-to date database of all businesses and profile

  • Identification of the market opportunities and submit reports on how they can be addressed

  • Proactively attend to client related issues

  • Build long last business relations/partnerships with assigned clients

  • Timely submission of required reports


Skills and Qualifications


  • Degree/Diploma from recognized institution

  • Must have 1 year sales experience

  • Strong thinker with a strong business and commercial sense.

  • Team player with pleasant outgoing personality and resilience

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills – ability to articulate company services/products to match clients portfolio

  • Consulting skills:



  1. Able to discern and understand customer’s needs through a structured process

  2. Ability to package proposals that meets customer and the company’s business objectives

  3. Think strategically about the company’s business objectives and customer’s needs to deliver on promises

  4. Present information to all types of audience

  5. Strong execution skills, from inception to closing the deal
