The SP has a demonstrated proficiency in English writing and editing and has a strong grasp of matters of style and design.
The SP is in charge of determining content that will be published in individual special projects and of overseeing that it is produced and published in a timely manner.
The SP understands the commercial requirements of the client and can propose new content or adapt on existing content to fit the brief.
The SP oversees a team of in-house staff and external commercial writers. The SP will have a roster of different “experts” who can be contacted depending on the requirements of the content to be published.
- Produce and manage flow of content for designated project
- Liaise with clients regarding commercial obligations
- Create production timetable
- Work on a strategy that will increase traffic to the website
- Coordinate flow of content with bloggers
- Edit all content that goes online
- Manage daily web editorial meeting
- Keep an eye on website analytics and inform editorial content based on these results
- Chair weekly content editorial meetings
- Create plan for weekly web stories and schedule in project management system Glip with help of PM
- Oversee the production of 25 web posts per week
- Ensure tone of digital output reflects client’s needs.
