In order to meet the growing needs of our business, we are seeking to fill the position of a Property Marketing Manager .
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor degree in Commerce specializing in marketing or equivalent
- At least Three (3) years’ experience in marketing of real property
- Good interpersonal skills, team management and communication skills
- Thorough knowledge of property market in Kenya
Job Description 1. New business development
- Prospect for new business by sourcing properties for management, sale and purchase on behalf of clients and sourcing for valuation work.
- Build and maintain relationship with new clients such as landlords, tenants, valuation clients.
2. Client Retention
- Maintaining and updating customer database
- Work with internal colleagues to meet customer needs
3. Business Development planning
- Develop and co-ordinate marketing plans and strategies for the organization
- Develop new services, products and distribution channels
- Manage production of marketing materials including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters
- Updating information in the website
4. Management and Research
- Determine and manage the marketing budget, ensuring all activities are delivered within defined budgets
- Submit weekly performance reports to the Directors
- Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team
- Determine competitive market price
5. Prepare documents such as:
- Letters of offers to prospective tenants and buyers
- Sale agreements
- Lease agreements
6. Supporting and managing the sales and marketing team
