Job Title: Human Resource Assistants
Reports To: HR Manager
Main Responsibilities
Main Responsibilities
- Maintain official personnel files for all staff including recruitment documents, CVs, valid contracts, disciplinary papers and performance evaluations, while ensuring confidentiality.
- HR administration, such as leave management, maintenance of staff records, compensation and benefits administration and record keeping. Responsible for tracking annual leave days.
- Assist with maintain and archiving the job and application files for all new positions.
- Ensure the necessary documents for new employees (e.g. IDs, KRA PIN, NSSF, NHIF and bank account details etc.) are obtained and maintained.
- Ensure that enquiries in HR office are dealt with promptly and courteously
