The Field Manager will be responsible for managing the Farm Input Programme and supporting our village-based field officer staff with high-quality training and support.
The Field Manager will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Overseeing the progress of the 2015 Programme - reviewing and reporting on farmer performance in terms loan repayment, agricultural practices, harvest etc.
- Managing a team of 4 Field Officers and providing support through field observations, feedback sessions, mentorship and weekly trainings
- Troubleshooting and conflict resolution for farmers and farmer groups experiencing challenges
