Location: Nairobi



Job Summary: You will provide support in execution of recruitment & staff administration strategies



Duties & Responsibilities


  • Support recruitment activities

  • Drafting and reviewing job descriptions

  • Managing personnel documentation

  • Drafting employee contracts and staff letters

  • Support the execution of HR policies & procedures

  • Support planning of trainings for staff


Requirements


  • At least a Diploma in HR or 4th year students pursuing a Bachelors degree in HR

  • Excellent computer/Ms Office skills

  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
